This tutorial will help you create an executable that you can send to anyone so that you can connect to their PC and fix their problems without them configuring anything. Yes, I mean anything which is a tech's dream. After setting this up you will no longer have ot walk people through configuring remote desktop, their router or even the deadly house visit.
