Defragment Your Outlook OST File

Download Contig from Sysinternals website.  Extract it to your C:\Documents and Settings\your_username\Local Settings\Application Data\Microsoft\Outlook folder.

Open the command line and browse to the folder above.

Run: contig outlook.ost
